By downloading or using GoGrow you agree to these terms. You must agree before creating a profile or using Community.
The service
GoGrow is an educational height-growth companion. Predictions use growth-chart style percentiles and mid-parental height methods. Meal scans and Coach replies are estimates and tips generated with OpenAI after you agree in the app, not lab results or a clinician.
Not medical advice
GoGrow is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a paediatrician. If you have a health concern, see a qualified doctor.
GoGrow Pro
Full prediction, habits, Coach, and Community posting require GoGrow Pro, billed as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Renewals continue until you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. EULA also follows Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence: Apple Standard EULA.
Acceptable use and Community
GoGrow includes a Community feed where families post tips. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post medical advice, another child’s personal data, abuse, harassment, sexual content, spam, or illegal content.
We filter posts for objectionable language. Anyone can Flag a post or Block a user. Blocking removes that user’s posts from your feed immediately and notifies us. We review Flag and Block reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and eject the user who provided it.

Your content
You keep rights in what you post. You give us a licence to display it in GoGrow so the feed can work.
Liability
The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be waived.
